DELIVERY INFORMATION

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Australia & New Zealand

(we have an international website for all overseas orders  - see www.nearlynudeunderwear.com)

How much does delivery cost & how long will it take?
Australia Express Post or Courier (1-3 days) Flat rate of $10.00 
New Zealand Express Post or Courier (2- 3 days) Flat rate of $25.00

Australia
If you are not in when your delivery arrives your order will be sent to the nearest post office. You will be left a card notifying you of this and the card and a signature is required upon collection. Outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer.

New Zealand/International (Other)
If you are not in when your delivery arrives you will be left a calling card and a redelivery attempt will be made or you can call and arrange a delivery time. For international orders please note that Nearly Nude cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processing.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment via Visa & MasterCard and Paypal only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for exchange on most items to equal or greater value. We cannot accept returns on the various bottoms in our range including briefs, shorts, pants & g-strings for hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes but only if the goods are in perfect condition, with original tags on and they are unworn and unsoiled.

Do you offer exchange on pants?
Yes we do as long as they have not been worn and have original tags on.

What happens if you don’t like the items or they do not fit?
You may exchange any purchased item (excluding the bottoms in our range& sale items) for purchases AT YOUR OWN POSTAGE COST to us. For returns within Australia we will send your exchanged item(s) back to you complimentary. Returns to New Zealand/International (Other) will be charged a standard shipping cost.

To exchange an item(s) please follow the below steps;
Step 1 - Fill in the returns slip that was sent to you with your order or click here to download the Return Form.
Step 2 – Please send your return (including your completed return slip) to;

NB:
  *   Exchange must be sent to us within 14 DAYS of receiving your order
  *   Please allow 10 business days for your exchange to be processed and sent back to you
  *   Nearly Nude strongly suggests that you use a registered mail so you can track the package. Nearly Nude will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end, if no tracking system was used on the package
  *   Nearly Nude cannot accept C.O.D deliveries

What happens if my item is faulty or I am sent the wrong item?
Although rare, in the event that you receive a faulty item or the item(s) that you were sent was incorrect please notify us by phone +61(3) 9237 2200 or email customercare@nearlynude.com.au within 5 days of receiving the item for instructions of how to proceed.

NB: We can only exchange the faulty item(s) for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

Do I have to pay for postage if want to exchange an item?
You may exchange any purchased item (excluding the bottoms in our range & sale items) for purchases AT YOUR OWN POSTAGE COST to us. For returns within Australia we will send your exchanged item(s) back to you complimentary. Returns to New Zealand/International (Other) will be charged a standard shipping cost.

What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?
If the value of your exchange exceeds your original purchase, we will charge the credit card that was used for the original purchase with the difference.

How long do I have to exchange items?
14 Days from the date of invoice

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

My order says it has been shipped, but I haven’t received it yet. What do I do?

If your order has not been received in the specified timeline please contact us on +61(03) 9237 2200 or email us at customercare@nearlynude.com.au and we will track your order and confirm its status to you within 24 hours.

For international orders please note that Nearly Nude cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processing.
