DELIVERY

Australia

Delivery will be received within 2 days (not including weekends or public holidays) via Express Post and incurs a flat fee of AUD $11. Delivery cost will be added to your total before check out. Outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer.

All parcels are fully tracked. If you’re not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it’s not safe to leave, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office. Specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments field during checkout, eg. “please leave on porch if not home”.

New Zealand

Deliveries will be received within 3-4 business days (not including weekends or public holidays) via Express Post International and incurs a flat fee of AUD $30. Delivery cost will be added to your total before checkout.

Express Post International (Australia Post’s express international service) requires a signature and ensures super fast delivery and tracking every step of the way.

If you’re not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it’s not safe to leave, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office. Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST. This will be deducted from your order total during checkout, after your delivery address is entered.

Any order out of Australia may incur a customs or import duty. This will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
