Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on goods. If you are not happy with your purchase we would love to exchange them for you. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style (subject to our Exchange Conditions & Exchange Policy below*).

Exchange Conditions*
All returned items must be returned new, in their original (un damaged) box(s) & with all tags attached. If we feel that the garment has been worn or damaged we will not accept the return and it will be sent back to you.

Nearly Nude is not able to accept returns on any of the pants in our collection, due to hygiene reasons.

Exchange Policy*
You may exchange any purchased item (excluding pants & sale items) for purchases AT YOUR OWN POSTAGE COST. If you would like to exchange an item please click here and fill out our email form. Please note that we must receive notification of your wish to return your goods WITHIN 7 DAYS of the purchase to be eligible for the exchange.

Once we receive your form you will be supplied with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please ensure that the RA # is written on your receipt and that the receipt is included in the parcel with you returned item(s). The item(s) must be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your RA#.

To exchange an item(s) if you are WITHIN Australia, please include;

1. Item(s) being returned
2. Your receipt (including your provided RA #)
3. A prepaid addressed post bag so that we can return the item(s) to you

• Nearly Nude strongly suggests that you use a registered mail such as Express Post so you can track the package. Nearly Nude will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end, if no tracking system was used on the package
• Nearly Nude cannot accept C.O.D deliveries

To exchange an item(s) if you are OUT OF Australia, please include;

1. Item(s) being returned
2. Your receipt (including your provided RA #)

• Nearly Nude strongly suggests that you use a registered mail such as International Express Post or courier so you can track the package. Nearly Nude will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end, if no tracking system was used on the package
• Nearly Nude cannot accept C.O.D deliveries
• International orders will be charged a standard shipping cost for the return of your garments

All item(s) returned to Nearly Nude must adhere to the Exchange Conditions outlined above.

If you received your item(s) as a gift, you may exchange an item for equal value. If you desire an item of lesser value, you will receive merchandise credit only. If you desire an item of higher value, you may pay the difference by credit card.

Upon receipt of your parcel your replacement item(s) will be sent back to you within 2 working days.

Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs WITHIN 4 WEEKS of purchase. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please click here and fill out our email form. 

Once we receive your form you will be supplied with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please ensure that the RA # is written on your receipt and that the receipt is included in the parcel with your faulty item(s). The item(s) must be returned WITH IN 7 DAYS of receiving your RA#. You will not be charged for postage on faulty item(s). Please send parcel back to us by normal mail and enclose the receipt for the cost. Upon receiving your faulty good and receipt for postage we will reimburse your credit card for the cost of postage.

Please note that we can only exchange the faulty item(s) for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.  

Upon receipt of your parcel your exchanged or mended item(s) will be sent back to you within 2-7 working days.
